Hello, my name is Craig, and my nickname is Tank or Tank X12, and my experimental serial number is X12-2010-335, and better known as the X12 Superhuman. I am an X12 high speed experimental superhuman. I developed superhuman strength and speed in December 2010. Some people want to know why I call myself the X12? Well the X stand for experimental. The 12 stands for the 12 month of the year December. I call my superhuman performances "The X12 Superhuman Experiment". I am the world's first high speed superhuman with a top foot speeds over 35 MPH, and I am the only human on this earth that could sprint and reach speeds over 30 or 35 MPH on foot. I have been working on my own superhuman project by experimenting on my body by taking various combination of supplements and foods that I bought from the nutrition and grocery stores since December 2010, and doing some training. So far, I did some sprinting with my 250lb body, and I was able to reach top speed around 37 MPH or 54.26 ft/sec on the speed radar gun on April 22, 2011 on video. I am able to keep up with the cars on the city roads and streets that have a 30 MPH speed limit under light traffic condition. I can run and accelerate 0 to 37 MPH in 45 feet or 15 yards in 2 seconds. If you don't believe me I can run 37 MPH, take a look on the video of a radar gun measurement of my running speed on YouTube at the link above.
On that video on that 37 MPH run, the 1st and 2nd orange cones in the video are placed 5 yards or 15 feet apart, the 3rd orange cone is place 10 yards or 30 feet from the 2nd orange cone, and the 4th cone is alignment cone in order to align the radar beam from the radar gun. I had to slow down after I have passed the 3rd orange cone, or else I would crash into the chain link fence 30 feet from the 3rd orange cone, because it takes me at least 25 feet to brake my 250lb body down from 37 to 0 MPH. In order to assure the accurate reading of my running speed with a radar gun, I wore a metal vest in order to reflect more radar waves off my torso area of my body, because radar do not reflect very well off of a human body, unless you are less than 30 feet from the radar gun, I must run away from the radar gun and not toward the radar gun in order to avoid picking up the motion of my legs and arms, I must run in the same path with the radar gun's radio beam path, because the radar gun's radio beamwidth is 10 degrees or 17.5 foot radar beamwidth per every 100 feet of distance from the radar gun, the radar gun must be aimed at the back area of the body above the waistline, and I must move faster than 8 MPH in order to get above the radar gun's minimum reading of 8 MPH, and I must maintain the same speed for 0.1 seconds. The Bushnell 10-1911 speed radar gun is accurate + or - 1 MPH, and it's self calibrating, and it is a Doppler radar.
I raced several Metro Buses across the Lockwood bridge over I-10 in Houston, Texas to get to the bus stop by the Shell gas station on the other side of the bridge from the Denver Harbor Transit Center, and I beat those 20 ton Metro buses 4 times across that Lockwood bridge about 400 feet to that bus stop by the Shell gas station, and I was able to get on that bus. That 20 ton Metro Bus would have to illegally break the 30 MPH speed limit in order to catch me, and it takes those 20 ton Metro Buses at least 200 to 300 feet in order to break the 30 MPH speed limit in order to catch me depending on the bus passenger load. Several Houston Metro busdrivers have seen me run extremely fast across that Lockwood bridge over I-10, and those bus drivers were driving bus route number 11 southbound and bus route number 42 westbound. I asked one Metrobus driver that drove a route 42 bus, how fast did I run, and then he answered, I ran like a 19 year old. On December 20, 2010, I sprinted down on the 300 block of Travis between Preston St and Congress St downtown Houston, TX, and I passed a 20 ton accelerating moving route 56 Metrobus on the left, and that 20 ton Metro bus never did catch me until I stop running. There is one man that know me that saw me did that sprint on Travis ST passing that moving accelerating Metrobus on the left, and he was shocked as if he saw a ghost. That Metro bus route number that I passed on the left on Travis ST is route# 56 northbound on December 20, 2010 around 10:50AM. I know that Metro busdriver was shock seeing me running that fast passing him or her on the left as if that Metrobus were standing still. In Downtown Houston, I have to do my high speed sprint on the streets instead of the sidewalk, because my 240lb body at 36 MPH has an impact force of an equivalent of getting hit by 3 240lb football linebackers that could seriously injure somebody that could land them in the hospital or in the morgue, and level 3 concussion and broken bones are imminent. Also 36 MPH impact force is an equivalent to a 40 foot fall. Besides that, I even startled some people on the sidewalk in downtown Houston, Texas, because it's very intimidating to see a big 240lb man approaching them at 36 MPH or 52.8 ft/sec, and it is just like seeing a big charging bull coming at them at 40 MPH or 58.6 ft/sec. But the people on the sidewalk weren't alarmed after I braked myself down, and they notice that I am wearing in my jogging clothes. Not even a NFL football player in any size or weight wearing full football protection gear would not be able to withstand a 36 MPH impact from a 240lb man without being hauled off the field in a stretcher, because everytime when 2 football players get into a head on collision running over 20 MPH each, somebody is being hauled off the football field in a stretcher. If that Metro busdriver would talk about me to his fellow coworkers or his supervisors, Metro would probably accuse that busdriver of DWI, or Metro may order that busdriver to see a psychiatrist to take a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether that busdriver is mentally competent to operate that 20 ton Metrobus safely, and then Metro may suspend or fire that busdriver, or if that Metro busdriver haven't taken his paid vacation leave, Metro may order that busdriver to take his paid vacation leave. Lately, I have been also receiving a lot of compliments from many strangers about my explosive quick running speed.
I just on bought a Bushnell model# 10-1911 sports radar gun, and I did a radar gun measurement off camera on my foot running speed outside with my brand new Bushnell sports speed radar gun mounted on a tripod clocking me at 36 MPH on a 25 yard dash. Now I have a speed more like an animal than a man, and I am faster than most apes and monkeys. I'm even faster than than the world's fastest 100 meter sprinter with a top speed of 27 MPH or 40 feet per second. My former personal trainer said my 36 MPH top running speed at my age may be caused by my genetics, and not just only the foods and supplements that I'm taking, and my training. The biggest problem with the human body sprinting over 30 MPH is pulling of hamstrings, and having severe muscle fatigue. It requires a very high intake of protein rich food at least 100 grams of protein for my 250 pound body weight per day, and longer resting time in order to speed up recovery from a top speed run over 30 MPH. I consulted my personal trainer, and I showed him my written list of food and supplement intakes, and he recommended that I need to eat 5 meals a day and with intake of large quantity of protein on each meal, but I required to eat 6 to 8 meals a day with at least 20 to 40 grams protein on each meal.
I was already running 30 MPH just only eating foods without any supplements before my health went down back in 2005, because I chased after a full grown male domestic scary cat that has a 30 MPH top speed, and I was able to keep up with that cat. When I was in the U.S army on my 2nd term, I was the fastest sprinter in my unit. That's when my high speed run started in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, North Carolina where I ran 2 to 4 miles a day on hilly terrain, and and I used to compete in a few 10 kilometer races and 1 mile relay in on and off road hilly rugged terrain in the Army. Most of soldiers at Fort Bragg are required to be able to run 4 miles. I used to compete in bicycle races, including races that are sanctioned by the United States Cycling Federation under the United States Olympic Committee. I worked in the grocery store for 18 months in which that made my legs very strong and fast by being on my feet most of the time and being on the move, and doing a lot of heavy lifting.
Man with superhuman strength and speed could be used in the several applications like law enforcement, military, counterterrorism, government intelligence agencies, security guard or nightclub or bar bouncer, stunt man or stunt double for an actor, rodeo clown, zoologist assistant in handling animals, wildlife conservation assistant in handling wild animals, a ranch hand in livestock herd round up, bullfighting, or legal or illegal vigilante crimefighting. A man with superhuman strength and speed could be used in the applications on the opposite side of the law like criminal activities, or unlawful political combatant. Most sports organization would not allow sport athletes to use performance enhancing supplements or drugs, but the sport athletes could run up to 32 MPH up to an age of 40 to 45 years old just by eating the right foods alone without any supplements if they would find the time, the will, the patience, and the energy to work hard for it at least 2 to 4 hours a day, and 3 to 4 times a week, and they have to stay off on of street drugs, tobacco, and avoid excessive alcohol drinking, and the older aging athletes may need to intake essential supplements in order to sustain their performance and health. Those recreational drugs, tobacco, and excessive alcohol drinking reduces bone strength in which bone strength is very critical in developing superhuman strength and speed. Also having the genetics plays a big roll in developing superhuman strength and speed. But nobody knows whether or not they have the genetics until they try to train for it.

It may be me The Tank X12, and do not worry about me, just resume your normal course of activities, and just don't get in front of me while I'm doing those high speed sprints over 35 MPH, or else you could get seriously injured, because it takes me at least 25 feet for me to stop from over 35 MPH sprint. The letter X12 on my orange vest can be seen 150 feet (45.7 meters) away.
The new media better not do any news coverage on me the X12 Superhuman the world's first high speed superhuman, or else the news media would lose time and resources in receiving a big flood of phone calls about the siting of the X12 superhuman, because too many pedestrians, bystanders, bicyclist, and motorist have already seen me the X12 superhuman in action in doing those high speed sprints over 35 MPH on the road. That's why I wear my orange vest marked X12 with my website address so I could be clearly recognized as the X12, and I won't be mistaken by law enforcement as a criminal fleeing a scene of a crime. Most criminals are not going to wear a loud color orange vest marked X12 with a web address that would make that distinctively easy to recognize. A criminal would wear clothes that make him look like he is part of the crowd that would not make him distinctively outstanding.
On 1-18-2011, I did another board breaking demonstration video of me breaking a 16 inch long 2 by 12 yellow pine wood from the center of a tree with my right hook of my fist. There are no martial art experts are breaking any 2 by 12 yellow pine wood on or off the web due to the high risk of breaking their hands. That is the biggest piece of wood that I have ever broken in my life, and that the first time that I've ever broken a that size in that video at this link:

that I delivered to that 16 long 2 by 12 is too dangerous and deadly for any humans to be
on the receiving end of that blow.
Do not worry about my hand, especially the worrisome women. My hand is alright after I did that 16 inch long 2 by 12 board breaking demonstration, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to hold those pieces of that board with my hands in that video if my hand were broken.
That X12 Superhuman Experiment is a very bad experiment in which things could've gone wrong, but it didn't, and I survived those very bad experiments, and came out smelling like a rose.
A young man with superhuman strength and speed up to 30 MPH or a young woman with superhuman strength and speed up to 25 MPH can sustain it just by eating the right foods alone, but anything over 30 MPH, they would need supplements and foods in order to sustain superhuman strength and speed, and be able to survive.
A woman could safely develop superhuman strength and speed up in the mid 20 MPH range just by eating the right foods alone, and get the right training, but if her top foot speed is up in the upper 20MPH range or in the lower 30 MPH range, she would need foods and supplements in order to sustain her superhuman strength and speed with no ifs and buts about it, and the food and supplement dosage has properly distributed in so many hours intervals similar to a bodybuilder's diet and my diet in order for the body to process those nutrients more efficiently in the body. But a woman's diet is totally different from a man's diet in supplements and foods whether she has an ordinary human body, or a superhuman body. The woman's officially recorded highest top foot speed is 23 MPH (34 feet per second) in a 100 meter sprint. A woman would use 25% more power than a woman sprinting 23 MPH if she would sprint 25 MPH (37 feet per second) top foot speed. A woman would use 37% more power than a woman sprinting 23 MPH if she would sprint 27 MPH (40 feet per second) top foot speed in which that is the same speed of an ordinary male 100 meter sprinter. A woman would use 70% more power than a woman sprinting 23 MPH if she would sprint 30 MPH (44 feet per second) top foot speed.
I went to the park last Friday on 1-27-2012, and I did some series of 60 meter(196.85 feet) highspeed sprints over 30 MPH to test out my knees while wearing my knee braces, and so far, my knees held up, and I am still able to walk on them. But my left knee took the worst injury back in November 2, 2011, because I made a mistake of keeping running after my left knee was already swollen and stiff. I believe the injuries on both of my knee is caused by the 40 MPH highspeed sprint, and by the severe hyperextension or hyperbending of my knees at those highspeed. The damages are at the front part of knees behind the kneecaps, my knees heal up faster if I sleep with my knees bent, and not in a straightening position. Now I know the knee braces are required if I would continue to do those 40 MPH highspeed sprints. For right now, my tendons at my thigh joints are sore, and I am resting until the soreness of my tendons stops before I do anymore highspeed sprints.
I am taking a maximum strength joint repair supplement, and it seems like it's repairing my knees very fast. (2-1-2012)
Once I am running 40 MPH top foot speed (58.7 feet/sec or 64.4 KPH, or 17.9 meters per second), I am almost unstoppable. Not even a portable derailleur couldn't stop me, not even the Stanton curve could derail me, because I can go around a hairpin curve at 40 MPH, and a police sergeant saw me the X12 did a 40 MPH sprint sharply turning out of driveway of a business into the streets, and that SUV that I passed up couldn't go no faster than 10 or 15 MPH in making that same turn without flipping the vehicle, and a $2,000 20lb racing bicycle couldn't go around that same turn no faster than 20 MPH without taking a spill. That X12 Superhuman Experiment is a very bad experiment.
Today on 2-2-2012, I did some more test on my newly modified knee braces, and I found out that not only my modified knee braces help to prevent my knees from hyperextension or hyperbending, but they improve my running speed and my explosive acceleration. Now I am becoming more of a cyborg superhuman than a natural superhuman, but those modified knee braces are needed in order prevent knee injuries from hyperextension or hyperbending of the knees while doing those 40 MPH highspeed sprints.
Today on 2-8-2012, I did a X12 Superhuman Experiment field test by doing a 100 meter sprint on the sidewalk with the automobile traffic with moderate traffic condition as soon as the traffic light turn green, and so far, I beat the semitrailer trucks and other big trucks in my 100 meter sprint, and I beat the cars in the first 40 yards of my sprint. So far, my knees held up while wearing my knees braces. After I completed my 100 meter sprint, one truck driver honked his horn at me and wave at me, and now he knows about the X12 highspeed superhuman, and I was wear my X12 Superhuman Experiment road vest, and he knows that man can run over 30 MPH on foot.
Breaking a 2 by 12 yellow pine wood 12 inches long or longer with a fist without breaking any bones is a perfect test to test out the male's superhuman strength, and it should be the standard to test out males superhumans. So if a male human is able to safely break a 2 by 12 yellow pine wood 12 inches long or longer with a fist without breaking any bones, that would qualifies that male human as a superhuman. If that male human can not do that without breaking any bones, it would disqualify him as a superhuman. This would be the minimum qualification of a male superhuman at this link:
The U.S. Government is partially responsible for creating the X12 Superhuman, because I'm using the combination of the U.S military physical training methods and my own physical training methods to develop that superhuman strength and speed over 30 MPH in which both training methods are perfectly safe. The U.S. Government military had trained me to run fast and long, but I modify that military training to maximize the development of superhuman strength and speed far beyond ordinary human capability, and it's putting a lot of people in fear of me, including people on both sides of the law. But those criminals need to worry about me, and not the innocent people. So don't try to write your U.S. congressman to try to trigger a congressional investigation about the X12 Superhuman Experiment, because they will deny that the X12 Superhuman Experiment does exist, and they're not aware of the existence of the X12 Superhuman Experiment, and there are no U.S. Government funding on the X12 Superhuman Experiment, and if they were any U.S. Government funding of the X12 Superhuman Experiment, it would have been highly classified information and top secret, and then, I wouldn't be broadcasting the X12 Superhuman Experiment, YouTube, or on my website, nor wearing my road vest stating that I am the X12 Superhuman with my web address on it.

This is another qualification of a highspeed superhuman: If a person could sprint and beat a Metrobus or City bus 1 block (300 feet or 91.44 meters) to the bus stop, and leave that bus over 50 to 100 feet behind, and aboard that bus after started sprinting with that bus 50 to 80 feet behind that person, and already cruising 30 MPH; that person is qualified as a highspeed superhuman. I'm the only one qualified to do that, and several Metro busdrivers have seen me the X12 beat them to the bus stop, and some of those drivers could verify the X12's action. (2-21-2012)
I'm going to increase protein intake to 400 grams per day in order to meet more of my superhuman muscles demands after I have worked out. 400 grams of protein is equivalent to 4lbs of beef, or 8 6oz cans of tuna fish on 32 slices of wheat bread, and I have to eat them in multiples meals, and I have to drink vinegar water in order to digest large quantity of protein in my body more efficiently. My foot stomp has around 5000lbs of stomping force in which that means I can break a 2 by 12 3 foot long. My foot stomp is too dangerous for any humans to be under my feet. The abdominal area of the human body may be able survive that foot stomp only if the abdominal muscles are very strong and contracting. Abdominal area can survive the weight of 1 wheel of a heavy truck rolling over it as long as abdominal muscles are very strong. My punch from my right or left hook has around 2500lbs of punching force in which that is too dangerous for any human to be on the receiving of that punch with or without boxing gloves on. (3-2-2012)
My knees are healing up, but my left knee took the worst from those series of highspeed sprints, and it's going to take longer to heal up. I had to make some adjustment on my supplements in order to get my knees and my tibia bone of right shinbone to heal up faster. (3-2-2012)
You saw those big calves on my legs on that 2 by 12 board breaking foot stomping video. Before December 2010, my calves were 16 inches around, and now they are 18 inches around. I can't roll my pants leg up over them. I have 29 inch thighs now, and back in 2010, I had 26 inch thighs. (3-6-2012)
When I do my highspeed sprinting over 30 MPH, I wear all black, because it puts fear into people that makes me look like a charging bull that is on the loose. I wear my X12 road vest with my web address on it not only for the motorist to see me, but I wear it so I won't get stopped by the police for running, and I would be protected under the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in advertising my X12 Superhuman Experiments. I did get detained by the police for running 1 time, but they couldn't do anything, because I didn't break any laws, and I did not run away from a crime or accident scene. Now, if those police officers would see me wearing my X12 road vest indicating that I am the X12 Experimental Superhuman, and advertising my website that is protected under the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and under the Texas Constitution; then they would know that I am not a criminal. I am starting to gain more night vision than previously in the pass, because the low light levels outdoors in the dark to my eyes is illuminating brighter than it was in the pass, and it may be the vitamin A rich foods that I'm taking. I am becoming more like an animal than a man.
I made some adjustments on my supplements, and my knees are beginning to heal up, what cause the stress on my knees is my lower legs weigh. My lower legs weigh around 40 pounds, and it is putting a lot of stress on my knees whenever I do those highspeed sprints of 35 to 40 MPH, and knee braces are required whenever I do those highspeed sprints in the upper 30 MPH to 40 MPH range or faster. But those knees braces have to be designed to prevent hyperextensions of the knees. (5-1-2012)
I am using U.S. military training that I modified to develop my superhuman speed over 35 MPH. But the difference between my highspeed superhuman training methods and the U.S. Army physical training methods is the diet, and lack of physical training equipment by the military. U.S. Army only train their soldiers physical training just enough to effectively complete the mission without using any physical training equipment or with very little use of physical training equipment. The biggest problem of gaining extra fitness training with the physical training equipment in the U.S. Army at that time when I was in service, there were a lot of B.S. hindrance that would keep the soldiers from using those physical training equipment, and some of the hindrance are, lack of availability of physical training equipment for those soldiers, and the gym (a.k.a. Field House) had made stupid rules that would keep most of those soldiers from gaining access to the gym that would've help them keep their bodies physically fit that would make the soldier excel in maximizing their performance in doing military missions. I was in a mall this evening, and I did a very fast walk in the mall at around 16 MPH, and many people in the mall were staring and laughing at me. I did do a radar gun measurement on my very fast walk, and I was clocked at 16 to 19 MPH. I'm going to have to call my 16 MPH fast walk, The X12 Shuffle. (6-4-2012)

I did an X12 Field Test this evening on 6-20-2012 around the downtown Houston, I did a highspeed sprint with my 273lb body by racing a Metrobus as soon as the traffic light turned green, and I beat that Metrobus 1 block (300ft), I left that Metrobus in very wide margin by over 150 feet (1/2 block), and I was in the lane with that bus behind me, and then that Metrobus driver hunk his horn and waved at me, and now another Metrobus saw the X12 superhuman in action for the 1st time in his life, and now that driver may be in total shock and disbelief. Craig Tank Morrow 2 seconds ago I may have been doing over 40 MPH maybe 45 MPH in the way I left that Metrobus way behind by over 150 feet. But I do know this, I have gain more muscle mass than before, because I am wearing the same size clothing, and I am gaining more weight, and my shinbones in my legs are larger than before.
I am experiencing some side effects by pushing my body beyond to the far extreme level over 40 MPH, and those side effects could escalate to a life threatening situation if neglected, and it requires more supplements to fix the problem. The more I increase in speed and power, the side effects are increasing, and then more supplements are needed to fix the problem of those side effects. But those side effects are caused by the nutrient demands that my body needs, and foods alone won't fix those side effect problems, I need both food and supplements. (7-9-2012)
I did several X12 field test on my highspeed walk around 20 MPH yesterday on 7-10-2012. I did around a 20 MPH highspeed walk in a big busy mall, and people were laugh at me, and young women were cheering me on with words. I did a highspeed walk in front of 2 Houston Police officers (HPD) that were directing traffic during the evening rush hours. I did a highspeed walk in downtown a traffic light with a Metrobus while I was on the sidewalk, and as soon as that traffic light turn green, I took off highspeed walking around 20 MPH in the crosswalk and then on sidewalk, and that Metrobus didn't pass me up until I reached 1/2 block (150 ft) from the traffic light. That Metrobus was a hybrid bus. (7-10-2012)
Whenever I do my highspeed sprints or fast walks on the sidewalk, I don't why those Metrobus slow or standing still behind me, but all those Metrobus drivers need to do drive at the speed limit or whatever safe speed in adverse condition. I have no intention of sprinting on the streets that have no people or open businesses on the sidewalk, and I always stop and look first before go into or cross the street, and I yield to the right away. As long as there are no people or open businesses on the sidewalk, I am sprinting on the sidewalk, and those Metrobus driver don't have to worry about me getting in the streets and cutting right in front of them. But in downtown Houston I have to do my highspeed sprints in the streets, because there too many people and open business on the sidewalks, and then I will get back on the curb if I am running below the road speed limit, but I will not cut in front of anybody whenever I go into the streets, and I always stop and look first before I go into the streets, and I yield to the right away. I will not cross a street with a Don't Walk traffic sign. (8-2-2012)

I am depending on mostly combination of vitamins and minerals supplements, foods, and my training, and that stationary bike is one of my methods in gaining my superhuman speed. (9-18-2012)
On 9-21-2012, I cranked my my Pro-Form 200 CSX stationary bike 227 RPM @ 45 MPH on the speedometer at the lowest resistant setting, and my RPMs was measured on my frequency counter set at RPM mode. Normal human maximum cranking speed at the lowest resistant setting is around 180 to 200 RPM. The lowest resistant setting is equivalent to a 70 inch gear on my 22lb road racing bike on even ground. 70 inch gear is when the bike chain is set on the 16 tooth rear sprocket, and the 42 tooth front sprocket with 27 inch wheels. If I would pedal 227 RPM on my road racing bike in the gear setting of a 70 inch gear, my racing bike would get up to 47 MPH easily. Here is the link on YouTube:
(10-2-2012) Take a look at my stationary bike console, and that frequency counter set at tachometer mode, and the added display above the console's lighted display. You see 12 MPH on the lower right of the console's lighted display, and 61 RPM on the f requency counter, and added display above the console's lighted display.
I have done 227 RPM on that frequency counter, and now if you would use this formula:
227 RPM x 12 MPH / 61 RPM = 44.6557 MPH
Now you have an ideal how fast I cranked that stationary bike on the speedometer at 227 RPM.
An Houston Police Officer saw me cranked 40 MPH on the speedometer on my stationary bike, and this how many RPM I am doing by using this formula:
40 MPH x 61 RPM / 12 MPH = 203.3333 RPM
I did 203 RPM @ 40 MPH on my stationary bike in front of that Houston Police Officer.

(12-29-2012) Take a look at a gray hair strand that came from the back part of my chin, and you'll see it's darker near the hair root at the top than at the hair tip at the bottom.
My gray hair strands are getting darker is an indication that my aging process is reversing or slowing down, and I estimate my age appear to be around 10 to 15 younger than my actual age. A person asked my age, and I told him my age, and then he told me that I look 10 years younger than my age.

More of those hair strands on me are turning dark like that. In other words, my aging process is definitely slowing down.
